We are having a really nice day again.
Well, I'm going to show you this plan today.
There is a large space for their cars and a car-port, the thing is how big the garden would be?

皆さんこんにちは。
昨日に引き続き、キナリデザインの立川です。
今日もとても良い天気で気持ちが上向きになります。
今回はこちらの、玄関まで高低差＆奥行きがあるお宅の外構についてです。
At first, they want to have a car-port that is made by aluminum.

まずはアルミ製のカーポート、という事でリクシルのカーポートＳＣを設置。
After deciding how much space they need for the cars, the line of retaining will be fixed naturally.
So the garden space would be that much to place the tailed deck to make it useful and some greens instead of screens.

駐車場のサイズによって、自ずと土留めの位置が決まりお庭の広さにも関わってきます。
目隠しを兼ねたシンボルツリーの向こう側に、タイルデッキのプライベート空間が広がります。
玄関側からもリビングの窓からもアクセスできます。
If, they give up a car-port it would be much more simple and open wide.
Let's use the same retaining blocks for the frontage and the sides.

カーポートは検討することになったので、パースから外してみるとスッキリ広々空間です。
正面と両側の土留めブロックを同じタイプのものにして、更に既存の普通ブロックを新設の門袖と同じようにジョリパット仕上げにすると…統一感出ますね。
According to the type of the car, the line of retaining blocks go back and the car space becomes wider.

お持ちの車種により、土留めの位置はもっと建物寄りになります。
駐車場が広がるにつれお庭のスペースは小さくなります。
This view doesn't change a lot from No.3 pic though.
They will decide every colours as aw ell as the porch tiles and so on.
