千葉市　駐車スペースを広げるリフォームのご紹介です

    Well, I'd like to show you this site today.
    The owner want to have a second car but wondering if they can park it.
    First of all, remove existing wooden decks to widen the space, and make a free size tiled deck instead.


    さて今回のこちらのお宅では、２代目の車を駐車できるかどうかというところです。
    まずは既存のウッドデッキを撤去して、タイルテラスにするプランを作りました。

    ２台停められています。
    既存の育ちすぎてしまったシマトネリコも撤去する必要があります。

    Because the house is located at the end of road, you need to back up and pull forward a few times to park.


    手前の花壇縁石も建物側に寄せて再配置。
    これで車が通りやすくなりますね。

    Trim those existing trees near the entrance will make much better appearance for residents and neighbors.


    門柱付近の既存樹木もしっかり剪定することで見栄えもかなりアップすること間違いなしです。
